          As a founding member of sludge metal titans Acid Bath in 1991 and blackened death metal kings Goatwhore in 1997, Sammy “Pierre” Duet is a massively influential figure in the world of extreme metal. Currently on tour in the UK/Ireland, Goatwhore’s most recent album Angels Hung from the Arches of Heaven (2022) continues the band’s musical themes of Satanism, witchcraft, and the occult. Recently, Sammy also announced a long-awaited reunion show for Acid Bath. They are scheduled to perform at the Sonic Temple Fest in May 2025.
