          Goatwhore/Acid Bath

          As a founding member of sludge metal titans Acid Bath in 1991 and blackened death metal kings Goatwhore in 1997, Sammy “Pierre” Duet is a massively influential figure in the world of extreme metal. Currently on tour in the UK/Ireland, Goatwhore’s most recent album Angels Hung from the Arches of Heaven (2022) continues the band’s musical themes of Satanism, witchcraft, and the occult. Recently, Sammy also announced a long-awaited reunion show for Acid Bath. They are scheduled to perform at the Sonic Temple Fest in May 2025. Sammy’s random star-shaped LTD Signature Series SD-2 offers sturdy neck-thru-body construction at 24.75” scale, 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, glow-in-the-dark side markers, a Floyd Rose 1000 SE double-locking tremolo with stainless steel screws, and a single Seymour Duncan Blackouts Metal AHB-2 active pickup.
