So who else is disappointed at the Jon Donais Sig?

When I first read the article about Jon Donais from Shadows Fall switching to ESP, I thought he was gonna get a cool signature series. But yesterday I found a picture of it on the ESP site , and it's exactly the same as his Washburn, except he has a reverse headstock... I'm probably going to buy it anyway, haha...

His ESP Plays alot better than his old washburn and has a slightly different and in my opinion neck shape .

I think they can sell the Face Eraser as is, maybe with a different model name...but it never had Jon's name written anywhere on it so I doubt they'd run into any legal trouble. The only thing I can see is maybe the body shape, since it's slightly different from my X35's body... I'd actually like it better if they used the body that the X35 has!
