LTD TL-5 Bass Review by Mike Pugh

Oregon-based professional bass player Mike Pugh created this in-depth video review for the LTD TL-5 bass, part of the LTD TL "Thinline" Series that includes both basses and guitars. Mike hits on all the main points of the TL-5, which include set-neck construction at 34" scale, a chambered mahogany body with spruce top, a comfortable three-piece thin U-shaped mahogany neck and roasted jatoba fingerboard, a Graphtech Nubone XB nut, Grover tuners, and an active Fishman SONICORE pickup and TL-3 preamp with onboard tuner. Mike's review includes many audio examples, using the TL-5 (also available in a 4-string model with the LTD TL-4) in a number of different styles with various settings, and if you want to skip straight to the Jaco example at 4:00, we won't blame you. Thank you guys so much for sharing this!. This video was a lot of fun to make, and I am loving this bass every time I play it!

I just bought this bass and am wondering what the strings are that come from the factory.
