So I just got the EC-1000 FM Amber Sunburst.  My guitar is a bit different than the others I've seen, however.  The fingerboard does not have the mother of pearl inlay around the border.  The fingerboard also does not have the EC-1000 inlay on the 12th fret; it has another mother of pearl flag inlay.  I rather like these differences, as I think the MoP border around the fingerboard is a bit too flashy, but I was just wondering if I got some type of special model.

    I just received mine and it is an absolute wonder.  It looks and plays amazing.   I am a beginner/intermediate and this guitar is inspiring me to play. Just cannot put it down. The quality is just fantastic and it fits me perfectly for being a smaller guy.  The neck feels great and very comfortable for my hands

      Hi, ESP! I recently purchased one of these after a few months, I saw cracks under the neck section, is this just MERE binding coming off??? Or is this something to be concerned about??? Hope to get a response. .

        Well, its arrived and looks/sounds/plays great. 

        ts gonna be a great tool for classic rock.
