Are these gloss or matte?  Guitar Centers website says satin but i thought the snow white ones were gloss.

        Hello Esp 

         

        Got the Ltd snakebyte a week ago and to be truthful i was fearful of the last year's complaints about quality control on these. 

        My snakebyte had terrible fretwork problems and the cherry on top was the fact that they are going to be available again on February.

        Anyway i just wanted to ask if you are going to change something referring to their quality control as it seems that the problems started appearing when you moved the guitar to indonesia plus you guys bumped the price quite a lot but whatever. 

        I just wanna know if you are going to do anything about the issues because it is clearly not an isolated incident.

            Are the Snakebytes going to be discontinued?  I noticed that if i place an order with you for one it says "pre-order available in October".  That makes me worry that these are not going to be around much longer and I really want one so should I make sure to order it sooner than later?

              These are current models that are currently not in stock till October.  Not being discontinued, hope this helps.

                Highly doubtful... The problem is most likely pandemic / covid related problems with shipping and manufacturing.

                  I just got a used one and it’s an amazing guitar, but it’s missing the battery cover and screws. Is there any place I can buy another set? Tried searching fruitlessly for a while earlier.

                      Can anybody tell me what the body thickness of this model is? More specifically, will it take an aftermarket Evertune installation without too much trouble? Thanks

                        Should be about 40mm, though this instrument was designed for use with tune-o-matic bridge so you may run into some issues installing another bridge system on this.
