i have one black

Bought one last month. The guitar is awesome, great tone. 

But I had one major problem. After a few minutes of playing, it loses power/distortion. It goes back and forth 

 I tried to change the battery, cables.. but nothing seems to work.  Its always the same problem, valve or digital amps.

Can someone help me ?

I just bought a new phoenix black metal how do i tell if my frets are stainless or nickel? It's an Indonesian model made in Dec 2020?

Any chance of seeing a BM Pheonix 7string baritone with a Seymour Duncan black winter pickup in the future. I’ve been holding out for that or a 7 string baritone BM star shape.

Hey ESP! I’ve got a Phoenix Black Metal and it is the best guitar I own! With that being said, where can I find the wiring specs for it? I want to buy the same pickup and mod my two vipers to only have one Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Ceramic in the bridge position like this but I don’t know how to wire it. 

Any chances a “black metal” 6 string viper is coming out soon? 

Well I’ve had this bad boy for over a week now, so here’s my more in depth review of it:

So far, it’s my most comfortable guitar i own whether i’m standing or sitting.  The weight is very nice and isn’t back breaking, the frets were flawless, and the finish is super nice.  It’s by far one of my favorite guitars I own.

now the bad,

the biggest issue was the electronics, when I first got it the battery was dead, or so I thought, so i didn’t care, shipping probably killed it, being too cold, etc etc, so I replaced it would last about 5 min before sounding like a dead battery again.  I luckily know how to swap pickups, repair wiring etc, so I opened up the cavity, no cold solder joints, wiring was flawless, opened the output jack and there was cold solder joints, wood shavings and what looked to be glue?  I don’t know why there would be glue, but after cleaning it up, resoldering the joints seems to be working just fine.

the nut was also not cut really well, but that only took about 5 min to do, so not a big deal.

after fixing these issues, it’s become again, one of my favorite guitars.  I want to buy the Arctic white version some day.

Bought one on Sunday, got it today!  I’ll provide a more in depth review of it later, but so far I’m absolutely loving it.

Any chance it comes in a Left Handed version?

Would really love to see a 27" scale 7 string of this guitar with everything else the same. Ltd owner here (2 h307's, jh200, f415fm) i like the TOM bridges over the hibshot style.

Is the finish on the neck for BM different than the others? The others have a gloss finish correct? Is the BM also a gloss finish?

Will there be a left handed version of this model eventually? I have the ec black metal and it’s dope, but this body shape, pickup, and scale length are even more to my taste so I’d love to get one of these if lefties are made
