Soooo, just got this one in yesterday during Sweetwater’s Guitar Month Special. The tone is awesome. So much presence and clarity. I’ll need to adjust to bending on the higher scale neck as it’s takes a bit more effort than my Jim Root Fender. Set was flawless out of the case with an absolutely perfect setup. The neck seems a bit beefier than my Eclipse but that could just be interpretation. Chording sounds so good and playing on my newly found 24 frets has been fun. I may change string gauge to ease the tension for bending but other than that I’m good with my new EII/MII. Thanks ESP

Just received this model a couple of days ago.  For years I have thought about purchasing an ESP and never did.  Big Mistake!!!  If I didn't know any better I would say the guitar I received was custom built for me.  When your holding/playing the guitar it is almost as if you are not because it just fits so well.  The guitar is perfectly balanced, your hand just glides across the satin finished neck, the tone is unreal, it is a true piece of art/craftsmanship.  To all of you at ESP, I apologize for waiting so long to join the ESP family and thank you for an amazing instrument.

Are these still being made? I can't find stock anywhere in the UK

Todd B. ESP

Hi, these are still being made. It would be best to reach out to your nearest distributor and dealer regarding availability. Here is a link to our distributor page: https://www.espguitars.com/locations?categories=intl-distributors

Just got this guitar the other day and man what an absolute ripper! I have the MII NT7 which I love so I had to get this one and the quality is just absolutely amazing on the EII line and it’s such a fast guitar. The aftermaths have such a tight sound but plenty of output for chugs but still sound so pristine for the bigger chords, I really can’t say enough good things about these guitars, seriously worth the money!

glad you're enjoying it, thanks for sharing

Is the top a cap or a veneer?

Nice guitar! I really want one. But how come this has a thin u neck when both the LTD M-1000 HT and the ESP USA MII NTB have extra thin u necks? If this had an extra thin u neck i would find it hard to resist!

Carl N.

For the E-II line most trem equipped M instruments will feature an xtra thin U neck profile while non trem models will feature a thin U

Stuart G.

Thanks for the quick response Carl! However, on the website every M-Series E-II model is listed with a thin u neck. Am i missing something?

Carl N.

my apologies, yes within the ESP and E-II lines these will have thin U while we will use other neck profiles within the LTD and ESP USA lines.  Hope this helps

Erik S.

I will say the Thin U neck on this feels amazing!
