Are these EMG noiseless even when splitted in "single coil" mode? Thks

Todd B. ESP

Hi Nicola, great question! Yes, EMG's single coil toil will still be "hum cancelling".

How thick is the maple top?

Todd B. ESP

Hi Steven, The full thickness body is 60mm thick. There is a plain maple cap under the veneer that is 15mm thick. The flamed maple veneer on top is standard veneer thickness of less than 1mm. And the mahogany body is 45mm. hope that helps.

Are all E-II figured tops veneers?

Todd B. ESP

Hi STeven, yes the E-II's all use veneers for figured tops.

Everything about this guitar is completely stunning.  Traditions are great and all but ESP has built its brand by taking chances.  They're stepping out of the shadows of traditional builders by breaking the rules.  This guitar is the epitome of that idea.  It's loyal to traditions in that its full thickness but built for modern players who want ergonomic playing with the carved neck heel joint and belly cut.  Not to mention the finish looks awesome too.  It's a completely new take on a traditional single cut flame maple top.   Awesome.  Just plain awesome.   She will be mine.  Oh yes, she will be mine.

Hey Armando, thank you for your remarks. It's nice to hear how much you like your design and we hope you can get one of these guitars soon.
