I just bought a new one, and I have a question: How does the tone knob work? Push/pull, I know, but what does it do in each position?
Hey Jose, yes this will split the pickup's coils regardless of which position you are in.
I just bought one of these. I noticed my 12th fret is now the same inlays as the other frets. I have been seeing models that have the 12th fret inlay say EC-1000. When did the change happen and what are the differences? Push/pull seems new.
Hey Edwin, this was a running change from the past year, no real difference besides aesthetics and the push/pull functionality.
Does the push/pull tone knob affect both pickups?
Hey Arshak, yes this will split the coils for both pickups.
Two questions: what is the thickness of the neck (in mm), and how much does this model weigh (in lbs.)? Thanks.
Hey Jay, thin U necks will be 20mm at the first and 22mm at the 12th. For the weight, this should be around 8lbs but no two pieces of wood are the same so there can be some out there lighter and others out there that are heavier.
Just got one of these really pleased with it but I would also give credit to the Indonesian factory that make them. It's as good as the Korean built guitars.
