I have this same model ec1000s with 81/60 EMG my favorite guitar a keeper shredder awesome ,rosewood board perfect player.

    Hey Michael, Thanks for your comments. I'd love to hear you compare the one you have to the new one with Fluence pickups! They both are great instruments!

      Hi Todd. Fishman released a few different versions of their Fluence Modern set, and their most recent "3.5" version is said to be the final release. Is there a way to predict which version will come stock with an EC-1000S Fluence? Thanks!

        Hi Adam, Thanks for your question and sorry for my late reply. As far as we know we are using the latest however we are not aware of any different versions. The EC-1000S Fluence comes with standard Modern humbucker set.

            Hi Josua, This is a high gloss Black finish. So the back of neck is also gloss.
