    Hey Steedman, this case will be for TL instruments, you'll need an EC case for your EC-1000

      Thanks Carl. I wish they made a case similar to Gibson does on their LP’s. I just hate those huge square cases. Oh well....appreciate the response.

                  Hi Derek, Yes it fits both RH and LH versions because the shape of the guitar is symmetrical.
