Which ESP guitar is better?
Hello, I'm going to buy my first guitar (I'm a newbie and I will start lessons on September). I love purple so my choice is between two Esp Ltd guitars, one with a lower price (ESP LTD H200-FM Sea Thru Purple) and one with a higher price (ESP LTD MH-1000NT Sea Thru Purple). Is there so much difference between the two in terms of quality and pick up? I would like to play mostly metal and rock. Thank you!

The MH-1000 will be a nicer guitar, which is why the price is higher. Stock, it would come with better hardware, electronics and made with a higher grade of wood.
As to whether a beginner would notice the difference, that's hard to say. If you're really serious about learning to play and think you're going to keep at it, maybe the extra expense for the MH-1000 would be worth it. But if you're not sure you're 100% dedicated to learning, or money is a little tight, the H-200 is still a pretty good guitar. Tons better than the guitar I started with back in the late 80s.
