    The Bay Strikes Back Tour — with Testament, Exodus, and Death Angel — Is Back

    Picture this: you’ve just gotten rolling on what might be the coolest thrash music tour of the year, and then suddenly you find yourself in the middle of a global pandemic. That’s exactly what happened in early 2020 when Bay Area legends Exodus, Testament, and Death Angel started the first run of “The Bay Strikes Back” tour. They’d launched it with a string of dates in February of that year, right as COVID-19 was rearing its ugly head.

    The tour had to be cancelled, of course, and rescheduled dates were first proposed and then abandoned in 2021 as the pandemic raged on. But now that things are looking much better on the global health front, the three bands are loading the trucks and hitting the road with a long string of dates in spring 2022. Additionally, Testament and Exodus will be continuing the hard rocking in a series of European shows and festival dates over the summer.

    The Bay Strikes Back Tour features a number of great ESP players and Signature artists.From Testament, there’s legendary virtuoso and ESP Signature artist Alex Skolnick. From Exodus, there’s ESP Signature artist, the mighty Gary Holt, and his bandmate Lee Altus. Death Angel include the influential ESP Signature artist Ted Aguilar. Chances are very high that you’ll see all of these artists rocking their signature models and other ESP guitars at these great shows.
