    ESP Artists Rock 2022 Grammy Nominations

    The nominations for the 2022 Grammy Awards were announced today, and ESP sends our congratulations out to our artists who got the honors.

    ESP Signature artist Stephen Carpenter and his band Deftones have been nominated in both the Best Rock Performance and Best Metal Performance categories. The nominated songs, "Ohms" and "Genesis", were both off the band's highly-acclaimed album Ohms, released in September 2020 on Reprise Records.

    Another ESP Signature artist, Bill Kelliher of metal band Mastodon, has been nominated in Best Metal Performance for "Pushing The Tides" off their latest album Hushed and Grim, released in October 2021 on Reprise.

    Finally, the always entertaining Rob Zombie has received a nomination for "The Triumph Of King Freak (A Crypt Of Preservation And Superstition)", also in the Best Metal Performance category. ESP bass player Piggy D has been performing with Rob Zombie for more than a decade.
