Despite this amp having a compact lunchbox format, it's amazing how many high-quality features ENGL packed into this one. One of the best is the Powersoak function which allows this unbelievable loud 20-watt combo amp to be used late at night with the output power being reduced to as little as 1 watt, or with the speaker deactivated altogether for headphone jams or 3AM recording sessions. ENGL even provided a frequency-corrected line output for this exact purpose. The Master Volume Boost (M.V.B.) provides a footswitchable boost of the master volume, meaning you have a second master volume at your disposal... great for live shows when it's time to take things slightly over the top. The Ironball Combo E600 also has a presence control and built-in reverb, so you'll be ready for any musical activity.
