    RATT - "You're in Love" guitar cover (from "Invasion of Your Privacy", 1985). Believe it or not, this is my first time covering a RATT tune! My ESP LTD Elite has a Seymour Duncan RTM Warren Dimartini signature humbucker in the bridge position. You can tell how spot-on the rhythm and solo sections sound in comparison to the original song.

     

    Per usual, this was played LIVE over the studio backing tracks. What you hear is exactly what I heard while playing! No "cheating" by splicing together multiple takes or miming.

    Sick, brother! I'm brand new here, so forgive me if I come off as a naive newbie. I have to admit that I'm not a fan of Ratt (don't dislike them either), but as a guitarist of 30 years that has only played with others a handful of times and has never even made recordings (audio, never mind video) other than 60 second clips on my smartphone. I've been falling out of practice recently and it's unfortunate because I'm new-ish to Southwest Florida and now would be the perfect time for me to start networking and jamming in hopes of collaborating or even starting a band and actually producing musical and writing songs.

    The good news is I've got time and lots of it.

    My point is that I really dig the way you mixed that video and am certainly impressed by your chops. I would never trouble you by asking in detail about your rig setup or recording tips, but maybe if you could point me toward a program or app you use making this and/or other video(s)?
